    A Few Tips for Better Sleep

    We offer some advice for better night's sleep:

    • your mattress has to be large enough, so that you can easily turn and stretch while sleeping.
    • The mattress should be at least 20cm longer than one's height
    • Thoroughly air the room where you sleep: the air should not be too humid, warm or cold.
    • When changing the bed sheets, turn or rotate the mattress as well.
    • Shake the bed sheets every day, preferably by an open window.
    • Wash the sheets weekly or biweekly.
