A Few Tips for Better Sleep
We offer some advice for better night's sleep:
- your mattress has to be large enough, so that you can easily turn and stretch while sleeping.
- The mattress should be at least 20cm longer than one's height
- Thoroughly air the room where you sleep: the air should not be too humid, warm or cold.
- When changing the bed sheets, turn or rotate the mattress as well.
- Shake the bed sheets every day, preferably by an open window.
- Wash the sheets weekly or biweekly.
